• arrived in lake havasu. town of 37,000. cute ranch style. locals look like they might be typical county quality nasty. er is actualy large–15 beds. am VERY nervous about being on call overnite by myself.that is when critical things happen. am i prepared?

  am up at 430am in order to be tired and go back to bed around 10am.

  am going to find a sunrise spot.

  have 50 minutes.

  heat here is 105 degrees but the AC makes me too cold and is not that tolerable. i miss my sweet pea.
